Mr. Councilman, I'd like to make a motion. I motion the Dallas Stars only be allowed to play Canadian teams in the 2015-2016 season. For supporting evidence of this motion, see exhibit A and exhibit B. Two short-handed empty net goals don't just happen every day. We should give the people what they want by letting the Stars beat Canadian teams with the aplomb we've seen over the last few years.
