DALLAS — Looking to improve on a 1-2 record so far during exhibition play, the Dallas Mavericks should receive a much-needed boost Tuesday night by the preseason debuts of 13-time All-Star Dirk Nowitzki and reserve guard Devin Harris.
Hosting the team that ended their 2015-16 season during the first round of the playoffs, the Mavericks will look to draw even for the preseason at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Meanwhile, Nowitzki is expected to slide into the starting lineup for the first time, joining forces with three-time All-Star point guard Deron Williams, swingman Wesley Matthews, prized summer signee Harrison Barnes and newly-acquired center Andrew Bogut.
