Callum’s dad Neil Stewart: “It’s really mixed feelings [tonight] because my son has this thing that is probably incurable, so it’s sad on one hand. But the thing I’ve always loved about Callum is that even at Christmastime, when all the other kids ask for gifts, he always says ‘I’m good.’ He never asks for anything and he’s just positive. He was always that sort of kid. When Make-A-Wish contacted us, they said he could go to Disney or Hawaii, but Callum really wanted to go to a Mavericks game and meet a couple players. I thought that was a cool thing because it was simple, but it’s something he really enjoys.
