Norton Cuban, the father of Dallas Mavericks’ owner Mark Cuban, has died at age 92.

The cause of death has yet to be released. Norton Cuban moved from Pennsylvania to Texas after Cuban bought the Mavericks in January 2000.

Mark Cuban told the Dallas Morning News earlier this year that his father was in failing health.

Mark Cuban’s brother Brian confirmed the news in a tweet Thursday morning.
