Kyrie Irving returned to the lineup and the Dallas Mavericks used a balanced attack Saturday night in upending the Los Angeles Clippers, 113-97, before an American Airlines Center sellout crowd of 20,102.
It was the 13th win in their last 16 games for the Mavs, who improved to 18-10 on the season. Meanwhile, the Clippers dropped to 16-13.
The Mavs played their second straight game without point guard Luka Donu010diu0107, who has a left heel contusion. But Irving, who missed Thursday’s 118-95 loss to the Clippers, was back on the court and finished with 15 points and six assists.
