Mavs CEO Cynt Marshall will moderate the event that includes notable community panelists like Dr. Michael Sorrell, the renowned president of Paul Quinn College, along with Dominique McCain, who is the managing director at The Commit Partnership. Dallas ISD superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa will also participate in The HUDDLE, a virtual event with registration that is free and open to the public.
The panelists will take part in conversations with participants watching, listening and engaging remotely on the topic of “Opportunities for Equity in Education.”
There will be discussion around topics such as racial equity in public education, and Dallas ISD specifically, and understanding how systemic racism impacts our education system.
