A block party broke out Wednesday night at American Airlines Center, and it was hosted by the Dallas Mavericks.
But the time the, uh, party ended, the Mavs had blocked 13 of the Golden State Warriors’ 92 shots on their way to pulling out a 109-99 victory. The 13 blocks are the most for the Mavs since they also accumulated 13 blocks during a March 4, 2020 game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Mavs center Daniel Gafford recorded a season-high seven blocks, which was one off his career-high. Forward P.
