MILWAUKEE – Dorian Finney-Smith was having a rough night at the office at the start of this trip.
He was guarding Jayson Tatum most of the time when the trip started in Boston and the MVP candidate was playing just like you’d expect an MVP candidate to play.
But the funny thing about Finney-Smith is he usually finds a way to impact a game defensively, even if he (and the rest of the world) can’t stop one red-hot player.
So when Malcolm Brogdon broke toward the basket on the baseline late in the third quarter, Finney-Smith took a chance and raced from the weak side.
