ORLANDO – Luka Doncic scored 29 points, and Kyrie Irving and Tim Hardaway Jr. added 21 points apiece and the Mavericks erased a 15-point deficit en route to defeating the Orlando Magic. 117-102, on Monday night at Amway Center.
The Mavs are now 6-1 on the season going into Wednesday’s home game against the Toronto Raptors, while Orlando dropped to 4-3.
Besides Doncic, Irving and Hardaway, the Mavs got 13 points from Grant Williams and 10 points from Dereck Lively II.
Paolo Banchero led the Magic with 22 points, Cole Anthony and Moritz Wagner scored 19 points apiece, and Franz Wagner added 12 points.
