While the Mavericks are hoping that LukaDonu010diu0107’s leg injury is not a long-term issue, the team said on its Tuesday injury report that their superstar point guard will miss Wednesday’s game at Phoenix.
Donu010diu0107 suffered a sprained left knee and ankle in the final minute of Monday’s 111-101 victory over Denver at American Airlines Center. He hobbled to the Mavericks’ bench, and left the court under his own power.
But he clearly was in discomfort.
The Mavericks are starting a four-game trip with two games in Phoenix and two in Los Angeles against the Clippers.
