Most teams have taken care of their business as the shot clock ticks down on free agency.
The Mavericks are a notable exception because of the Nerlens Noel situation.
That issue will take care of itself one way or another, although it could very well drag on for another month or more.
The Mavericks clearly are waiting for the market to establish itself. If nobody comes up with an offer sheet for Noel, they would be unwise to bid against themselves. Similarly, Noel has no reason to take an offer he's not happy with. So the stare down continues.
