The Dallas Mavericks rewarded Seth Curry with a four-year $32 million contract before the season. That was the accumulation of hard work. The 29-year-old was not a prized high school recruit. He played a season at Liberty before transferring to Duke. Curry went undrafted after three years with the Blue Devils. He spent the next two seasons in the G League before earning his first consistent NBA minutes with the Kings in 2016.
It was not until he came to Dallas that he truly broke out, though. It was the first time in his career that he played more than 16.
