Mavericks owner Mark Cuban purchased a 13-acre plot of land in the Design District in early June with the intention of turning it into the Mavericks' new practice facility.
The Mavericks' Twitter account revealed some pictures of the facility on Thursday.
The facility is about 30,000 square feet and will include state-of-the-art practice equipment, sauna, weight room, two courts, office space and a Dirk Nowitzki mural outside.
Dallas owner Mark Cuban could have taken his practice facility and future plans for an arena to the suburbs or a different part of Dallas.
