According to Brad Turner of the LA Times, the Dallas Mavericks have shown some interest in forward Glen Davis, who most recently played with the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Mavericks don’t have quite the backup for Dirk Nowitzki that they probably want, and as it stands now will lean heavily on guys like Dwight Powell, Jeremy Evans, and Charlie Villanueva.
