The Dallas Mavericks will reportedly not re-sign forward Jameel Warney, whose 10-day contract comes to an end today. Warney played in three games as a Maverick, averaging nine minutes and 5.7 points per game on 58.3 percent shooting.
Prior to joining the Mavericks, Warney spent two seasons with the team’s G-League affiliate the Texas Legends, where he averaged an impressive 19.8 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.2 blocks per game.
Rather than re-signing Warney, the Mavericks are expected to sign Aaron Harrison, who currently plays in the G-League for the Reno Bighorns:

Harrison has played 40 games for the Bighorns, where he’s averaged 18.
