I think the hope in making a bigger leap lies in opportunities that you're getting younger players that are in their mid-to-early twenties and then continuing to add the right pieces around them going forward. There are teams that have fared well over the last few years without ever going all the way down to be in a position to picking one or two or three or four or something like that.
