Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said people should use some common sense with regard to unanswered questions surrounding allegations towards Kristaps Porzingis.
Cuban declined to comment, referring questions to the NBA or federal authorities.
“I just can’t say anything,” Cuban said. “I will say this. Some people need to do their homework and use some common sense. A little bit of common sense is so enlightening.”
A woman alleges Porzingis forcibly raped her a year ago when Porzingis was playing with the New York Knicks. But emerging details reported by the New York Post have cast some doubt on the allegations.
