CHICAGO -- In the Star Wars movies, Luke Skywalker could always feel the conflict going on with Darth Vader and others from the dark side.
Which, of course, brings us to Mark Cuban, who understands the attitude clash going on in the heads of Mavericks fans.
He feels it, too.
As the Mavericks made it to the 41-game midpoint Tuesday night with a season-best third consecutive victory, 99-98 over the Chicago Bulls, Cuban made it clear that he understands what fans are going through.
"I know, half the fans want us to go for the playoffs, half the fans want us to go for a [high] draft pick," Cuban said.
