Mark Cuban sheds light on one of Roger Goodell's advisors in Ezekiel Elliott case

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban joined DAC (Dennis and Cowlishaw) recently to discuss the Ezekiel Elliott case and the signing of Nerlens Noel. Here are some highlights:

On his past with Mary Jo White, former attorney of the Securities and Exchange Commission

Mark Cuban: She took over about 11 months before I went to trial and kicked the SEC's (Securities and Exchanges Comission) ass. I spent seven years fighting them and where this is relevant is one of the things the SEC would not do before her and particularly during her tenure is release exculpatory information, which means if you find in your due diligence and all the research you're doing that somebody is not guilty or there is evidence to suggest they're not guilty or not liable for what they're accused of, you could release it.
