As the resumption of the NBA season nears with 22 teams set to meet in Orlando in July, we’re beginning to get some news about players across the league who will or won’t be in attendance.
Mavs fans who can remember all the way back to February will recall that Jalen Brunson and Dwight Powell were out with injuries. There’s no indication as of yet that they’ll be back for a post-season run, which is not a surprise. What is new, though, is a report Monday afternoon from Marc Stein that Courtney Lee suffered a calf injury during the shutdown which required surgery, and he seems to be unavailable.
