Dirk clearly thought it was a hold. Mark Followill and Derek Harper definitely agreed that the whistle should have blown. It does sure look like a bit of a hold. I have to mention, because it's only fair, that whistles get tighter late in games. You know this. We all know this. The Mavericks obviously have benefitted from this in the past. They didn't here. Should it have been called?
Regardless, Harris shouldn't have been playing and Deron Williams should have be in, and had that been the case, I bet a proper pass is thrown and Dirk at least gets a shot off.
