The Dallas Mavericks may be getting a valuable contributor back in time for the new year. Josh McRoberts could make his debut as a Maverick Sunday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Eddie Sefko of the Dallas Morning News reports.
"McRoberts is getting closer," Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle told Sefko on Saturday. "We'll see where he is in the morning. I think there's an outside chance, because of our roster situation—having only 11 guys available—that he could be active. But it's less than 50-50. We'll talk about it tomorrow.
