Jordan laments loss to Texans, but predicts Cowboys will beat the Jaguars on Sunday

“That was a tough fought loss Sunday, but we’ll be OK,” Jordan said. “Also, I want to give a shout-out to Texas A&M for winning a big game.

“They took down a tough opponent in Kentucky (20-14 in overtime), and I’m looking forward to more wins from both of those teams.”

Jordan grew up in Houston as a big-time Cowboys fan and played the 2007-’08 season with Texas A&M before leaving and becoming the 35th overall pick of the 2008 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers..

Meanwhile, Cowboys coach Jason Garrett created some controversy when he ordered his team to punt the ball in overtime with the game tied at 16-16 while the Cowboys were facing a fourth-and-1 from the Texans’ 42-yard line.
