Concluding a back-to-back on the road and a stretch of 10 of 13 games away from home with stops in the nation’s capital and New York, the Mavericks (13-9) now hope to begin creating a home-court advantage at American Airlines Center. The three-game stretch will begin with Wednesday’s matchup against the Atlanta Hawks as the Mavs attempt to improve on a 5-3 mark on their home hardwood.
The Mavs will also try to get the better of an Atlanta team that’s floating in the middle of the pack in the East after sprinting to a No. 1 seed and a franchise-record 60 wins a season ago.
