One of the women who says former Mavericks CEO Terdema Ussery harassed her when she worked for the team has come forward, deciding to be anonymous no more. And she's got more to say.
Melissa Weishaupt, who worked in marketing and game operations for the Mavs from 2010-14 penned a first-person piece for Sports Illustrated on Tuesday in which she said team owner Mark Cuban "doesn't recognize the culture he's helped create."
In her article Weishaupt explains why she's using her name now, on top of the fact Ussery tried to defend himself by pointing out so much of the in the original Mavericks harassment expose came from anonymous sources.
