MIAMI -- Say it aloud, say it slowly, let it marinate in your mind: The Dallas Mavericks are NBA champions.
Their long and often agonizing title pursuit ended Sunday night in especially satisfying fashion, with a 105-95 victory over the same Miami franchise that ousted Dallas in the 2006 NBA Finals.
