Luka Doncic finished with 33 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists, and the Mavs went on to overpower the Pistons, 116-86. It was the 16th win in their last 21 games for the Mavs after they started the season with a 16-18 record.
The Mavs led 65-51 at halftime and 98-71 entering the fourth quarter in running away and hiding from the Pistons, who dropped to 12-42.
