Luka Donu010diu0107 has been ruled out of Wednesday’s nationally televised game against the Los Angeles Lakers, the Mavericks announced Tuesday afternoon.
Donu010diu0107, who has been fighting left ankle soreness, will miss his third consecutive game and it will take the luster away from the anticipated matchup between the Mavericks’ superstar point guard and the Lakers’ LeBron James, an idol of Donu010diu0107’s when he was growing up in Slovenia.
Donu010diu0107 originally injured his left knee and ankle against Denver on Nov. 15. He missed four games afterward and the Mavericks lost all of them. But they have won their last two games without him as Kristaps Porzingis, Jalen Brunson and others have stepped in with strong performances.
