Luka Doncic had 32 points, eight rebounds and 15 assists and the Dallas Mavericks went into Milwaukee and defeated the defending NBA champion Bucks, 118-112, Sunday afternoon at Fiserv Forum.
It was a nice bounce-back victory for the Mavs after they lost to the Washington Wizards, 135-103, this past Friday. The win increased the Mavs’ record to 49-30, and they also moved to within half-a-game of the Golden State Warriors (49-29) for the Western Conference’s No. 3 seed.
Also for the Mavs, Dwight scored 22 points and pulled down a season-high 13 rebounds, Reggie Bullock finished with 16 points and seven boards, Jalen Brunson scored 15 points, Dorian Finney-Smith had 11 points, six assists and two steals, and Spencer Dinwiddie added 11 points.
