This offseason has been a little different for Dirk Nowitzki, and it’s not just because of the birth of his son, Max, in late March.
With some time off in late May and early June, Nowitzki went back to Germany to see his family. After he returned his wife’s brothers, soccer players Martin and Marcus Olsson, came to the United States. Naturally, he took them to Las Vegas.
He then held his annual basketball camp in mid June, and had the United States premier of his documentary, Nowitzki: The Perfect Shot, at the Dallas film festival early this week.
