DALLAS — As they prepare to welcome in possibly two more new additions into the fold during Thursday night’s NBA Draft, both Dirk Nowitzki and Chandler Parsons say they’ll be active participants in the war room to help the front office with their decisions.
Joining Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, president of basketball operations Donnie Nelson and coach Rick Carlisle once again, Nowitzki is certainly no stranger to the war room. However, this time around the 13-time All-Star will be joined by Parsons for the first time, who hopes to offer his assistance to the Mavs’ brass after completing his first season with the team during the 2014-15 campaign.
