Dirk, D-Will to miss at least 2 games for Mavs

DALLAS -- Mavericks starters Dirk Nowitzki and Deron Williams will miss at least two more games due to nagging injuries, coach Rick Carlisle said Friday.

Nowitzki (sore right Achilles tendon) and Williams (left calf strain) will not play in Friday's home game against the Memphis Grizzlies or Saturday's road game against the Orlando Magic.

Williams, 32, aggravated the strain during Wednesday's loss to the Boston Celtics, when he played only 10 minutes. He had missed the previous four games.

Nowitzki, 38, has been hampered by the sore Achilles since the season opener.
