Deron Williams had trouble with his field goal percentage last season for the Brooklyn Nets, but if there’s one thing he’s still got it’s handles. Specifically a killer crossover.
So it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that the Mavericks’ new point guard made multiple appearances on the NBA’s 60 Best Crossovers of 2014-15.
Williams’ ball handling skills helped put him in the discussion for “League’s Best Point Guard” during his time with the Utah Jazz, and if the Mavericks want to nab a playoff spot in the congested Western Conference they’ll need him to recapture some of that magic this season.
