The Dallas Mavericks drafted Josh Green with the 18th overall pick in 2020. They loved his potential to blossom into a 3-and-D wing. Green was one of the best perimeter defenders in the class and a player with tremendous upside.
Green got some unexpected opportunity as the Mavs have struggled with COVID issues this season. He showed flashes of his potential. The 20-year-old brings energy and defense to the court. He has made some smart plays on the offensive end as well.
