Dallas Mavericks: Maxi Kleber and the Mavs discussing long-term deal

Dallas Mavericks big man Maxi Kleber was outstanding during the 2018-2019 season. He averaged 6.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks in 21.2 minutes per game. Kleber also shot 35.3 percent on his 3-pointers and 78.4 percent from the free throw line.

The 27-year-old proved he can be a productive stretch four that also protects the rim. He has just two years of NBA experience under his belt. Expect Kleber to continue to improve in the 2019-2020 campaign.

Maxi Kleber enters restricted free agency this offseason. The Dallas Mavericks have been steadfast about bringing the forward back, though.
