The Dallas Mavericks had won five of their last six entering Saturday’s game against the Utah Jazz. The Jazz are one of the hottest teams in the NBA winning 18 of their last 20. Playing in Utah is always difficult, but the Mavs were ready for the challenge.
The Mavericks led for the majority of the game, but it was not enough. They struggled shooting late as the Jazz picked up the 112-107 victory. Donovan Mitchell came up clutch with 25 points. Rudy Gobert had 22 points, 17 rebounds, and five blocks including a key swat late on a Delon Wright drive.
