Dallas Mavericks fans could not be more excited for July 1. The free agency period will open, and the Mavs can finally add that third building block to push them into contention next season. They have the cap space, but luring the star to Dallas has always proven difficult.
The 2019 free agency class has plenty of All-Star names to target. The Mavericks have already been linked to several players including heavily to Kemba Walker. The three-time All-Star point guard is no sure thing to leave Charlotte, though.
