The Dallas Mavericks got in on the frenzy of trade action on Feb. 6. On the eve of the deadline, Dallas sent Harrison Barnes to the Sacramento Kings for Justin Jackson and Zach Randolph according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
The trade should not come as a shock after the Kristaps Porzingis blockbuster that took place on Jan. 31. The Mavericks need to free up some cap space to continue shaping the roster around Luka Doncic. Barnes had a $25 million player option for next season.
