The Dallas Mavericks won their fourth straight game on Wednesday evening. They also swept a back-to-back set with a 121-114 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in front of their home crowd.
Dwight Powell had his best game of the season in the win. He finished with 24 points, five rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two blocks in 25 minutes of action. Powell hit all nine of his field goal attempts including two 3-pointers on the night. It was a stellar performance from the Mavs starting center.
The game ended on a sour note for Powell, though.
