The Dallas Mavericks had only one thing to note from Friday’s loss against the New York Knicks. It was that they performed terribly. As a team, they shot 49.4 percent which is not as bad. However, from behind the arc, they attempted 29 3-pointers and only managed to make eleven.
What really stood out was, as a team, the Mavericks turned over the ball 18 times. For a team that had such a low amount of turnovers last year, this is pathetic. It seems like every other possession led to a bad pass, and another New York point off of turnovers.
