Cuban tells his side of the DeAndre Jordan saga

Mark Cuban took to Cyber Dust to provide more details about what transpired in the run up to Wednesday night's free agent farce.

Mavs owner Mark Cuban said in a Cyber Dust message that he and DeAndre Jordan were discussing other potential free agent acquisitions as recently as Monday before the Clippers big man went into silent mode. By Wednesday night, it became clear that Jordan, who had committed on Friday to join the Mavericks as a free agent, planned to renege on the agreement and return to Los Angeles.

Cuban's account indicates that Jordan was involved in specific planning for free agency and serves as a counterpoint to reports that suggested the decision to join Dallas was entirely driven by his agent, Dan Fegan.
