With good news on the health front from Deron Williams and Dirk Nowitzki, the Mavericks are not planning to make any lineup adjustments in response to their 0-4 start.
With the starting group having had very limited time together, coach Rick Carlisle said he's going to give that lineup more leeway to generate chemistry and, he hopes, victories.
"We've got to play better in so many different areas," Carlisle said after the Mavericks' shootaround Friday morning. "To me this is less about lineups and more about disposition, presence, execution, doing the little things, not making the untimely bad play.
