The Dallas Mavericks came up short against the visiting Atlanta Hawks Thursday night. With a national audience (possibly) watching, the Mavs played a tight game throughout, even taking a lead late in the 4th, but did not make a field goal in the final three minutes. On a night where a miracle Matt Barnes heave gave Memphis a victory, Dallas had no such luck in their last, potentially game-tying possession, and so now both teams move back into a tie at 13-10.
Here's four things from the game:
MAVS CONTINUE TO SHOOT POORLY DESPITE HAVING SO MANY SUPPOSEDLY GOOD SHOOTERS
Dallas went 36-100, making their field goal percentage easy to calculate and feel sad about.
