The World Cup is upon us and everyone is excited, despite the fact that the United States didn’t qualify. A number of these countries have some of the most incredible soccer players in history and the cup should be very entertaining from start to finish.
The acronym FIFA is in French, but it translates into English as the “International Federation of Association Football”. Much like FIFA, there is also FIBA, which is the same organization but for basketball. The FIBA tournaments generally have different countries represented there than the teams heading to the World Cup.
With that understood, here is this year’s bracket, divided into pools and with the way the pools will separate out afterwards.
