The Dallas Mavericks are leading the race for Celtics PG Rajon Rondo, according to Yahoo! NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski.

Rondo has been the subject of trade rumors for years, but discussions have heated up in recent days with Boston now willing to part with the four-time All-Star, who is in the last year of his contract.
According to ESPN's Marc Stein, the proposed deal would send Rondo to Dallas in exchange for multiple draft picks, PF/C Brandan Wright, and other unnamed players necessary to make the math work out.
