FRISCO -- The Cowboys offensive line is moving on with its altered coaching staff after the team reported Wednesday back to The Star from its five-day break for the bye week.
All-Pro right guard Zack Martin said word trickled out via text messages on Monday shortly before the team announced it had fired position coach Paul Alexander after seven games in Dallas. Marc Colombo, the assistant since 2016 and retired Dallas tackle, is taking over for Alexander. The Cowboys also brought back retired longtime O-line coach Hudson Houck as a consultant.
Dallas next hosts Tennessee on Monday Night Football.
