This has again become a topic of discussion in Dallas with Rolando McClain remaining on the Cowboys roster despite receiving a 10-game suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.
So why does the Cowboys owner and general manager continue giving out additional opportunities to players most teams would not?
