We’re two weeks out from the 2019 regular season beginning for the Dallas Cowboys. This means that we’re three weeks away from Week 2 of regular season play.
Why is this significant? Week 2 will provide for the first road game of the season for the Cowboys, an instance where they’ll be wearing their blue jerseys mind you, and they’ll be taking on the Washington Redskins. It will be their second division game to start the season (an underrated detail in terms of how important a fast start is).
Washington head coach Jay Gruden seems like he could be in his last year with the team if things don’t turn around quickly, and they’ve got a carousel of quarterbacks to spin through after the horrific injury that Alex Smith suffered a year ago.
