Cornerback Trevon Diggs set the NFL world a blaze in 2021 when he racked up 11 interceptions. After another Pro Bowl effort the following year, Diggs had his fourth season cut short with an ACL tear last September. The Dallas Cowboys still performed well on defense overall for the most part, but losing the ball-hawking skills of Diggs was certainly a major blow.
Luckily for Diggs, his injury gave him a full year to recover before the next season, which is usually the minimum for his type of setback. On Wednesday, Diggs took to his social media to post some workout videos of himself with on the beach and doing drills with Cowboys' defensive backs coach Al Harris, and he was moving extremely well as training camp draws near.
