FRISCO, Texas – The Dallas Cowboys have received positive news about the status of Tony Romo’s most-recent back injury, but now the focus is on the quarterback’s past injuries.
As he recovered from the compression fracture in his back suffered Aug. 25, Romo was unable to do a lot of the core exercises he has done since undergoing back surgery twice in 2013
“Oftentimes you say, ‘OK, the injury is healed,’ but there’s a lot of other things that take place in getting a guy ready to play football in the NFL,” coach Jason Garrett said.
